If you join us as a Credit Control Analyst you may have the followingresponsibilities: Effective collection of customers’ accounts consistent with the company credit standard & policies Deal with customers’ accounts and keeping these fully reconciled Deal promptly with customer queries / issues in order to secure payments Maintain and develop working relationship with the Sales and Customer Service team Ensure timely cash allocation to specific customer accounts performed by outsource provider For a Credit Control Analyst role we have the following requirements:Min. 1 year relevant experience (in the field of finance, AR, credit, collection or similar) SSC experience is an advantage Excellent Polish knowledge Interpersonal skills with particular focus on customer relationships What do we offer?
